Indications for use
Trimetin tablets are used in calves, foals, lambs, pigs, dogs, and cats for diseases of the urinary system, respiratory organs, gastrointestinal tract, salmonellosis, colibacillosis, and other diseases caused by pathogens sensitive to sulfamethoxazole.
Application procedure
The medication can be administered individually or in a group method to calves, foals, lambs, pigs, cats, and dogs mixed with feed or individually as a suspension by dissolving the powder in a small amount of water (or milk) twice daily at a dose of 250 mg of the medication per 1 kg of animal weight. Treatment continues until the disappearance of clinical signs of disease and for two subsequent days, but no longer than 10 days. During treatment, animals should have free access to water.
