Indications for use

• Ovarian hypofunction and follicular cysts
• Need to increase the functional activity of the ovarian corpus luteum, improve female fertility, and induce early estrous cycle

Application procedure

Surfagon Ultra is used to regulate and control reproductive function in farm animals.

• To prevent ovulation delay: 2 ml per head (100 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]) administered 2 hours before artificial insemination and no later than 2 hours after it.
• To stimulate folliculogenesis and ovulation during estrus synchronization: 1–2 ml per head (50–100 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]).
• To stimulate ovarian function in the postpartum period: 1 ml per head (50 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]) on days 8–12 after calving.
• To treat follicular cysts: 2.0 ml per head (100 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]) once; 7–10 days after administration, Estrofontin is given at 3 ml. Animals should be inseminated upon onset of estrus.

For swine:

• For ovulation synchronization and increased fertility, administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously in doses of 0.5–1.0 ml per sow (25–100 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin])
• For replacement gilts: 1–1.5 ml per head (50–75 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]).

For horses:

• Used for anestrus, acyclic heat, and ovulation induction at a dose of 2.0 ml per head (100 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]).

For rabbits:

• For ovulation induction, Surfagon Ultra is administered at a dose of 0.4 ml (20 mcg lulerelin [gonadorelin]).
