Indications for use
- Ovarian hypofunction and follicular cysts.
- Need to increase the functional activity of the corpus luteum, enhance female fertility, and induce the sexual cycle early.
Application procedure
- Early Induction of the Sexual Cycle: Administer a single dose of 5.0 ml (50 mcg of gonadorelin acetate) on days 8-12 post-calving.
- Treatment of Ovarian Hypofunction: Administer twice with a 10-day interval, each dose being 5 ml (50 mcg of gonadorelin acetate).
- Treatment of Follicular Cysts: Administer Surfagon Ultra three times at 24-hour intervals at a dose of 2.0-2.5 ml (20-25 mcg of gonadorelin acetate) or a single intravenous dose of 10.0 ml (50-100 mcg of gonadorelin). On days 11-13 after the first administration, administer Estrofantin intramuscularly at a dose of 3.0-4.0 ml. Inseminate animals as they come into heat.
- Prevention of Ovulation Delay: Administer 5.0–10.0 ml (50-100 mcg of gonadorelin) 2 hours before and no later than 2 hours after artificial insemination.
- Stimulation of Folliculogenesis and Ovulation: Administer 5.0–10.0 ml (50-100 mcg of gonadorelin) during the synchronization period.
- Prevention of Early Embryonic Mortality: Administer on days 3, 5, and 9 post-insemination at a dose of 2.0-2.5 ml (20-25 mcg of gonadorelin).
