Indications for use
Prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency and diseases developing against its background in cattle in areas with insufficient iodine content in soils and feeds.
Application procedure
The preparation is administered orally. For prophylactic purposes, it is given to animals daily in the following doses:
- Fattening cattle—young animals weighing up to 300 kg: ½ tablet of 0.2 g
- Young animals weighing more than 300 kg: 1 tablet of 0.2 g
- Adult animals: 1.5–2 tablets of 0.2 g
- Breeding bulls—for every 200 kg of body weight: 0.5 tablet of 0.2 g
- Heifers: 0.5–1 tablet of 0.2 g
- First-calf heifers: 1–1.5 tablets of 0.2 g
For therapeutic purposes, the drug is prescribed according to indications in the same doses and given until the clinical signs of the disease disappear.
