Indications for use
Estrumax 350 is prescribed for:
- Regulation and enhancement of reproductive function in cows, including induction of estrus;
- Treatment of cows with various ovarian dysfunctions (persistent corpus luteum, follicular and luteal cysts, ovarian hypofunction);
- Prevention and treatment of postpartum uterine diseases;
- Termination of pregnancy in cases of fetal pathologies.
Application procedure
Gynecological examination is conducted before use.
Estrumax 350 is administered intramuscularly to cows for:
- Estrus synchronization: 1.5 ml twice with a 14-day interval, insemination 72-76 hours after the last injection.
- Induction of estrous cycle: 1.5 ml twice with an 11-day interval, insemination 72-76 hours after the second dose.
- Treatment of ovarian functional disorders: 1.5 ml at estrus, repeat possible after 11 days, insemination 72 and 96 hours after the second injection.
- Combined therapy for ovarian hypofunction after calving: simultaneous administration of Estrumax 350 (1 ml) with gonadotropin preparations from pregnant mare serum (PMSG) – 800–1200 IU or Surfagon 10 ml (50 mcg), repeat after 11 days if no estrus.
- Prevention of postpartum uterine diseases: 1.5 ml 6-8 hours post-calving.
- Treatment of endometritis: 1.5 ml with comprehensive therapy, repeat possible after 10-14 days.
- Pregnancy termination: 1.5 ml at any stage, monitoring required until complete expulsion of fetus and placenta.
