Indications for use
The drug is used for the treatment of cattle and pigs in cases of colibacillosis, salmonellosis, infectious atrophic rhinitis, streptococcosis, septicemia, bacterial and enzootic pneumonia, MMA syndrome, mastitis, and other diseases caused by pathogens sensitive to enrofloxacin..
Application procedure
<• Cattle: Administer subcutaneously once at a dose of 3.75–6.25 ml per 100 kg of body weight (7.5–12.5 mg of enrofloxacin per 1 kg of body weight). For mastitis, administer 2.5 ml per 100 kg of body weight (5 mg per 1 kg of body weight) intravenously twice with an interval of 24 hours. • Pigs: Administer intramuscularly or subcutaneously at the base of the ear once at a dose of 3.75–6.25 ml per 100 kg of body weight (7.5–12.5 mg of enrofloxacin per 1 kg of body weight). Due to possible local reactions, the drug should be injected in amounts not exceeding 5 ml per injection site for cattle and 2.5 ml for pigs. Side Effects: Rare and may include irritation at the injection site and temporary gastrointestinal issues. In case of overdose, animals may exhibit decreased appetite, depression, vomiting, and diarrhea. It is not recommended to use the drug simultaneously with certain other medications.
