Application procedure
Doxyprim 500 is administered to animals orally, individually or in groups, for 3–5 days in the following daily doses:
- Calves, lambs, kids (only during the milk-feeding period): 1.0 g of the drug per 25 kg of animal body weight with drinking water (divide the daily dose into 2 administrations with a 12-hour interval).
- Poultry and pigs: 1.0 g of the drug per 25–35 kg of animal body weight with drinking water or 0.4 kg per 1000 liters of water.
During the treatment period, animals should receive only water containing the drug. A medicinal solution is prepared daily in a volume calculated for consumption over the day.
